Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): ๐ผ Onboarding Influencers: Collaborate with influencers to build partnerships based on commissions and performance, ensuring mutual growth. Aim for low fixed-cost or commission-only models to maximize returns.
๐ค Corporate Partnership Development: Approach HR managers to introduce Feelo vouchers as employee benefits or gifts. Build relationships that lead to ongoing partnerships, with potential for affiliate commissions.
๐ Driving Revenue Through Affiliate Channels: Monitor, optimize, and grow sales generated via influencer and corporate affiliate discount codes.
๐ฏ Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while driving Feeloโs growth in new and existing customer segments.
๐ Analyze and Report Success: Use data to assess partnership and affiliate performance, continuously improving strategies for better outcomes.
KPIs to Own: Number of influencers onboarded monthly: 10-15
- Revenue from affiliate discount codes.
- Corporate partnerships converted per quarter: 5-8
- Total revenue from corporate clients monthly.
