• Position: TikTok & Video Content Specialist

• Company: Feelo

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Base Salary: LKR 50,000 - 70,000 (💰 with performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

🎥 Create Engaging Video Content

Plan, shoot, and edit 4-5 short-form videos per week for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Produce content that aligns with trends while representing Feelo’s brand.

📈 Grow TikTok and YouTube Presence

Build Feelo’s presence from scratch on TikTok and YouTube. Achieve significant follower and viewership milestones within the first 6 months.

🎯 Support Business Goals

Leverage video content to drive organic reach, website traffic, and new customer acquisitions, contributing to Feelo’s overall sales growth.

🔍 Stay Ahead of Trends

Monitor the latest social media trends and apply them creatively to Feelo’s content strategy for maximum impact.

📊 Analyze and Optimize Performance

Use data and analytics to measure content success and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

KPIs to Own:

• Achieve 100,000 views per month on TikTok and 50,000 views per month on YouTube Shorts within 6 months.

• Generate 5,000 TikTok followers and 1,000 YouTube subscribers in the first 6 months.

• Drive 300 website visits per month from social media platforms.

• Contribute to 5% of new customer acquisitions through organic social media efforts.
