• Base Salary: LKR 80,000 - 120,000 (💰 plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

📈 Execute and Optimize Digital Campaigns

• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, SMS broadcasts, push notifications, and WhatsApp messages.

• Set up automation workflows to engage and convert Feelo’s customer base.

💡 Analyze and Enhance Performance

• Monitor website analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads performance.

• Provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

🎯 Contribute to Revenue Growth

• Strategically target Feelo’s existing database to acquire new customers.

• Drive measurable revenue growth through direct digital marketing efforts.

KPIs to Own:

1. New Customer Acquisition: Bring in 500 new customers monthly at a target CPA of 1,000 LKR or less.

2. Revenue Growth: Contribute 10% of total monthly revenue through internal marketing channels.

3. ROI on Ads: Maintain a minimum 10:1 ROI on Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
