• Base Salary: LKR 40,000 - 65,000 (💰 with performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

🎨 Create and Publish Engaging Content

Design and schedule 10 visually stunning posts and stories weekly for Instagram and Facebook using graphics, visuals, and content repurposed from video creators.

📧 Enhance Email Campaigns and Push Notifications

Craft and design 5 engaging email campaigns and 4 push notifications per week that drive customer engagement and conversions.

🖋️ Write and Optimize Blog Content

Publish 4 high-quality blog posts monthly, complete with custom-designed banners and SEO optimization to drive website traffic.

📊 Track Performance and Optimize Strategies

Analyze the success of social media, email campaigns, and blogs, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement, traffic, and revenue contributions.

KPIs to Own:

1. Contribute 10% of monthly revenue through social media and email-driven campaigns.

2. Achieve a 10% engagement rate across Instagram and Facebook posts.

3. Drive 18,500 website visits per month from social media and email campaigns.
