• Base Salary: LKR 40,000 - 65,000 (💰 with performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)

🎨 Design and Create Eye-Catching Visuals
Produce high-quality images, graphics, and videos for Feelo’s website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
📸 Photography and Videography
Use your smartphone or camera to capture professional-grade photos and videos for deals and events. Edit and enhance content to align with Feelo’s branding.
📊 Collaborate and Optimize Content
Work closely with the marketing team to create content that boosts deal conversions, ad click-through rates, and overall engagement.
🖋️ Content for Campaigns and Promotions
Design visuals for ads, email campaigns, push notifications, and blog headers that captivate and convert audiences.
📈 Contribute to Feelo’s Growth
Focus on delivering content that directly impacts revenue and drives customer engagement through data-driven strategies.
KPIs to Own:
Profitability: Contribute to an increase in monthly profit per promoted product through compelling visuals.
Conversion Rate: Achieve a 5-8% conversion rate per promoted product.
Click-Through Rate: Generate a CTR of 2.5% or higher on ads featuring your designs and videos.
