Position Details

• Position: Deal Content Specialist

• Company: Feelo

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Base Salary: LKR 40,000 - 55,000 (💰 depending on experience and skills)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

📜 Craft Perfect Deal Agreements

Draft and finalize agreements with merchants, ensuring they’re clear, accurate, and aligned with Feelo’s standards.

🖋️ Create Engaging Deal Descriptions

Write detailed, engaging, and accurate deal descriptions that highlight benefits and avoid confusion for customers.

📞 Collaborate with Merchants

Work closely with merchants through calls and meetings to align on deal details, address concerns, and ensure they are fully prepared to deliver what customers expect.

🔍 Mystery Shopping & Quality Assurance

Conduct in-person mystery shopping visits to merchant locations to ensure service quality aligns with the deal descriptions. Provide actionable feedback to merchants to improve consistency and customer satisfaction.

🛍️ Set Up Deals in Shopify

Input deals into our Shopify system, ensuring all necessary information is present, and the customer experience is seamless.

🔍 Maintain 100% Accuracy

Review all content to ensure it matches the merchant offerings and prevents any customer disputes.

🤝 Collaborate with Teams

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create deals that customers love while meeting Feelo’s business goals.

KPIs to Own:

1. Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy in deal descriptions with customer complaints below 0.5% per month.

2. Timeliness: Ensure deals are live on Shopify within 1 business day of receiving finalized agreements, achieving a 95% on-time rate.

3. Merchant Satisfaction: Achieve an average feedback score of 4.8/5 from merchants on clarity and efficiency.
