• Position: Lead Generation and CRM Specialist
• Company: Feelo.lk
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Base Salary: LKR 50,000 - 75,000 (💰 Plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)
Your Role and Responsibilities
💡 Lead Sourcing and Validation
• Source, scrape, and validate leads from reliable platforms and tools, ensuring quality and relevance.
📊 CRM Optimization and Management
• Consolidate, clean, and organize leads in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data is accurate and duplicate-free.
📈 Support Sales Team Success
• Provide the sales team with a consistent flow of high-quality leads ready for cold calling or email outreach.
🛠️ Streamline Data Processes
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Hunter.io to gather leads and ensure seamless integration into the CRM.
🔍 Track and Report Performance
• Monitor lead quality and analyze how sourced leads contribute to sales and revenue growth.
KPIs to Own
- Lead Volume and Quality:
• Provide 1,000 qualified leads per week with a 95% accuracy rate in Pipedrive CRM.
- CRM Efficiency:
• Maintain a duplicate-free CRM database with 100% completion of lead details.
- Revenue Contribution:
• Leads managed in CRM should contribute to 5,000,000 LKR in monthly revenue.
