• Base Salary: LKR 60,000 - 100,000 (💰 Plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)
Your Role and Responsibilities
💡 Lead Generation Campaigns
• Develop and execute innovative B2B marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified inbound leads for our sales team.
📈 Boost Merchant Engagement
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Meta Ads, email marketing, and offline events to connect with merchant owners and CEOs, inspiring them to collaborate with Feelo.lk.
🤝 Support the Sales Team
• Collaborate with our 20-member sales team by delivering a steady stream of high-quality merchant leads ready for conversion.
🎨 Creative Strategy and Execution
• Work on multi-channel campaigns, blending creativity and data to ensure maximum impact.
📊 Analyze and Optimize Campaigns
• Measure the success of campaigns, optimize for better performance, and report results.
KPIs to Own
Lead Generation: Generate 100 qualified inbound leads per month with a minimum qualification rate of 80%.
Revenue Contribution: Marketing-driven leads should result in at least 5,000,000 LKR in monthly revenue.
Campaign Effectiveness: Successfully execute 4 campaigns per month
