As a Marketing manager you will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across traditional and digital channels, aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Define and prioritize objectives, target audiences, and brand messaging across all platforms.

Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels (print, digital, social media, and in-store if applicable).
  • Ensure clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across all communications.

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, balancing traditional methods (e.g., events, print ads) with digital strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to produce campaign assets and materials.

Content Development and Digital Engagement

  • Create and manage content strategies for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Build and engage an online community by actively managing social media accounts.

SEO, SEM, and Analytics

  • Optimize content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance.
  • Refine strategies based on data insights.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct research on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Use insights to identify growth opportunities and refine messaging.

Budgeting and ROI Tracking

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively across channels.
  • Track campaign ROI using KPIs, making adjustments as needed.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

  • Implement lead generation strategies and optimize customer journey through targeted content, retargeting, and A/B testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Reporting and Adaptation

  • Report on campaign performance and ROI to upper management.
  • Continuously adapt strategies based on results, trends, and feedback.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Regional FMCG experience or former multinational experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in a relevant role
