Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance existing functionalities and create innovative solutions that improve business processes.

Responsibilities

Ø Design & Development:

· Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.

· Create scalable and reusable code following Salesforce best practices.

Ø Customization & Integration:

· Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet specific business needs.

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

Ø Collaboration:

· Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal Salesforce implementation.

· Provide technical guidance and collaborate with administrators and architects to deliver effective solutions.

Ø Testing & Deployment:

· Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure functionality and performance.

· Deploy solutions using Salesforce deployment tools, ensuring minimal downtime.

Ø Support & Maintenance:

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications and integrations.

· Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases, implementing enhancements where applicable.

Qualifications

Ø Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Ø Technical Skills:

· Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, processes, and validation rules).

· Experience with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).

· Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Ø Certifications:

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Ø Experience:

· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

· Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Ø Soft Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
