1. Senior Executive - HUMAN RESORUCES
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, coordinate and conduct interviews and reference checks.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires, and managing probationary evaluations.
- Administer payroll processing, ensure timely and accurate payment, and manage statutory deductions (EPF, ETF, APIT, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, presenting management insights.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and benefits.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Partial completion of CQHRM or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, covering recruitment, payroll administration, and HR operations.
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle (both local and international), including reference checks and onboarding of new employees.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll systems, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. HUMAN RESORUCES Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and supporting the onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and updating employment status when necessary.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory deductions.
- Manage and communicate employee benefits, addressing queries and ensuring proper administration.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and tracking key HR metrics.
Provide general HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or payroll.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
