Role Overview

As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll support the production of high-quality video content for marketing, education, and social media platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to hone their editing skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure that our content is polished, impactful, and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Basic Motion Graphics: Add text overlays, captions, transitions, and other simple motion graphics to enhance videos.

• Collaborative Content Creation: Work with the creative team to brainstorm and execute engaging video ideas.

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, raw footage, and completed projects.

• Quality Control: Ensure all video content meets brand standards and is free of errors.

• Platform Optimization: Adapt video formats and lengths for platform-specific requirements.

• Feedback Implementation: Revise and improve video drafts based on team feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in video editing (professional or freelance).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve or similar tools.

• Basic Animation Knowledge: Familiarity with After Effects or Canva for simple motion graphics (preferred).

• Creative Eye: Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and design principles.

• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for Learning: Willingness to grow and take on new challenges.

• Preferred: Interest in Web3, blockchain, or tech education (not mandatory).
