Responsibilities

  • Own and manage social media platforms for clients (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.), with a strategic, platform-native approach.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients’ business goals and brand voice—across both organic and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with content, creatives and performance marketing teams to roll-out engaging content and campaigns.
  • Lead social media audits and competitor analyses to assess performance, identify trends, and refine strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits and competitive analyses to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and offer recommendations.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of the latest social media trends/platforms/tools.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts on social media platforms, whenever required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling successful organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms and industries.
  • Strong social media copywriting skills, with an eye for brand tone and platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in measuring campaign performance and translating insights into strategy.
  • Experienced in client management, with the ability to communicate strategies clearly and provide actionable recommendations.
