KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Job Profile
- Assist the KAM in managing and nurturing key client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth within key accounts.
- Track service completion rates and proactively address any client concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage account activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
- Manage cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments for key accounts.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in business development.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of the F&B industry, including kitchen equipment and design.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
- Valid Driver’s License
