Role: Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on .NET technologies. You will work on developing scalable web applications and enterprise-level solutions that drive business success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Front-End Development: Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that provide a seamless experience across devices and browsers.
• Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic and APIs, integrate with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.), and implement business logic in .NET applications.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Implement automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development and share knowledge with team members.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Assist with deploying applications to cloud environments and ensure ongoing support and maintenance post-launch.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Back-End Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, and experience with RESTful services.
• Front-End Skills: Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile development processes and experience in an Agile team environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, NUnit).
• Experience with web security practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth).
• Exposure to healthcare industry software development (a plus).
