Your Role

• Conduct market analysis to uncover customer trends, purchasing patterns, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and enhance category profitability.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics, including revenue, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Deliver actionable insights to optimize category segmentation and pricing strategies.
• Create and manage comprehensive reports to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to align findings with category strategies.
• Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to analyze supplier performance and lead times.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance promotions and customer engagement through data-driven insights.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, category management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in working with market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and performance dashboards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python, visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
