Job Description:

•⁠ ⁠Work alongside the content team to develop digital media content

•⁠ ⁠Scout, hire and coordinate with various production personnel

•⁠ ⁠Plan shoot locations and set layouts

•⁠ ⁠Direct and supervise the production crew

•⁠ ⁠Handle filming sessions

•⁠ ⁠Manage production schedules

•⁠ ⁠Handle payments for allocated resources

•⁠ ⁠Organise and maintain the video library

•⁠ ⁠Foster good relationships with clients, guests and crew

•⁠ ⁠Ensure that the final products meet the ideated concepts/client requirements

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of production and cinematography

•⁠ ⁠Technical skills in video, audio and post-production

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with professional cameras, lights, audio and editing software

•⁠ ⁠Creativity and a keen eye for executing digital media concepts

•⁠ ⁠Ability to coordinate with freelancers

•⁠ ⁠Effective communication and excellent command of English and Sinhala

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a close-knit team

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
