Key Responsibilities
Partnerships
- Research, identify, and approach potential partners aligned with Metana’s mission and audience.
- Assist in developing and managing collaboration opportunities with influencers, brands, and organizations.
- Support co-marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, content creation, and cross-promotions.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics.
Community Management
- Develop and execute strategies to engage, grow, and nurture our online communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and social media.
- Plan and execute community-focused initiatives like AMAs (Ask Me Anything), polls, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share educational resources and updates with the community.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to improve engagement strategies.
Event Management
- Assist in planning and executing both virtual and physical events, including webinars, networking sessions, and hackathons.
- Coordinate event logistics, including speaker outreach, scheduling, and promotions.
- Work with the creative team to design marketing materials for events.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media and community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn).
- Creative mindset with a passion for partnerships, branding, and community engagement.
- Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.
Experience
- Previous internships or projects in marketing, community management, or event planning are preferred but not required.
