Role Overview
As a Paid Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with Metana’s goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
• Ad Creation & Management: Write compelling ad copy, design high-performing creatives (in collaboration with designers), and manage end-to-end campaign setups.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI by adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements.
• Audience Segmentation: Identify and target specific audience segments to achieve campaign objectives.
• Budget Management: Plan and allocate ad budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency while meeting performance goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and messaging to identify the most effective strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and SEO, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Creative Skills: Experience in crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating on visual creatives.
• Budget Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
• Marketing Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or tech education industries (a plus but not required).
