Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Brand Development: Strengthen Metana’s brand identity and positioning within the Web3 education space.

• Content Strategy: Lead content creation efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging materials for blogs, social media, emails, and more.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and aligned objectives.

• Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
