Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Social Media Manager to take the lead in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, highly creative, data-driven, and passionate about building engaged communities.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable results across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.

• Align social media goals with overall marketing objectives and business priorities.

Content Creation & Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Oversee content production, including graphics, videos, carousels, and mixed media, working closely with designers and videographers.

• Manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts.

Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

• Organize and oversee engagement campaigns such as polls, Q&As, and user-generated content initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences.

• Experiment with new content formats and platforms to stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and community teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.

• Partner with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to boost organic content reach through cross-promotion.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience managing social media channels for a brand or organization.

• Proven track record of growing social media followers and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Skills:

• Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of paid social media strategies is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
