Compensation:

• Base Salary: LKR 35,000 - 60,000/month (based on experience)
• Bonuses: Up to LKR 200,000/month (performance-driven)

About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in onboarding partners and driving the success of Feelo.lk.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential business partners.
• Make 40+ daily calls to connect with leads and arrange meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and onboard businesses to our platform.
• Train new partners and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
• Develop creative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
