Compensation:

• Base Salary: LKR 60,000 - 85,000/month (based on experience)
• Bonuses: Up to LKR 200,000/month (performance-driven)

• Identify and connect with potential business partners.
• Conduct daily outreach, including calls and meetings, to onboard new partners.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships.
• Provide training and support to partners to ensure their success on Feelo.lk.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Maintain thorough records of all sales activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and team performance.

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience in the hospitality or service sector.
