Compensation:

• Base Salary: LKR 65,000 - 100,000/month (based on experience)
• Bonuses: Up to LKR 200,000/month (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential partners in the market.
• Conduct outreach via calls and meetings to onboard new partners.
• Negotiate agreements and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Provide training and support to ensure partner success on Feelo.lk.
• Strategize and implement plans to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions with partners.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
