Role Overview:As a Showroom Executive, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure operational excellence, achieve sales targets, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your primary goal is to drive profitability while maintaining the brand's standards and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening/closing procedures,
• inventory management, cash intake and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Team Leadership: Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and performance goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Customer Experience:Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly. Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Sales & Profitability:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Inventory Management:Manage stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, customer feedback, and operational insights to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
