The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic R&D team. You will play a pivotal role in managing cutting-edge AI-driven product development and ensuring seamless operations across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the R&D team, university interns, and other team members.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation throughout the year to accommodate the dynamically changing number of university interns.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee delivery timelines, manage client accounts, and monitor timesheets and invoicing.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and maintain effective team communication.
• Implement and maintain reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into resource allocation, team productivity, and project progress.
• Conduct regular analytics to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for information related to R&D products for Marketing, Business Analysts, and other projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide product demonstrations.
• Drive business growth by fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Explore and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to build transformative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in an R&D or AI-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven product development and related technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage dynamic and diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
