We are a dynamic and growing media agency seeking a talented and proactive Videographer/Editor to join our studio in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content from concept to completion while demonstrating leadership qualities to inspire and guide a team of remote video editors.

What You Will Do

• Direct and Shoot: Lead video productions, including planning, setting up shoots, and ensuring the highest quality visuals.
• Edit Top-Quality Content: Edit videos for social media, commercials, campaigns, and long-form projects with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Lead Remote Editors: Manage and provide creative direction to a team of remote video editors to ensure consistency and excellence across projects.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas.
• Technical Expertise: Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear proficiently to capture professional-grade content.
• Post-Production: Oversee all aspects of post-production, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Content Optimization: Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for various platforms.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of video production trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques to our projects.
• Quality Assurance: Review and provide constructive feedback on work produced by the remote editing team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including social media managers, content strategists, and clients, to deliver compelling narratives.

What You Should Come With

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in videography, video editing, and production leadership.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production and editing.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and camera equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, guide, and inspire a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity: A flair for storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring all projects meet quality and brand standards.
