This role focuses on helping Instagram creators by organizing their uploaded content and transforming it into polished, engaging short-form videos optimized for social media. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a creative eye, familiarity with tools like CapCut, and a passion for social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize content uploaded by Instagram creators to ensure all files are readily available for editing.
• Edit and repurpose creators’ content into short-form videos by adding captions, music, transitions, and effects using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Stay updated on trending formats, audio, and styles to ensure content aligns with platform best practices.
• Maintain an efficient workflow for video production, meeting deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok, and their trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and work collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in content editing or social media management is a plus but not required.
