Job Requrements;
- Plan, coordinate, and manage resources, including workforce, to achieve functional objectives that positively impact cost reduction and quality service.
- Coordinate with the back office on received customer inquiries, both operational and non-operational functions, and ensure they are logged into the system.
- Maintain a complaint log and ensure maintenance and repair work is completed accurately and timely.
- Evaluate and prioritize all jobs, manage the team, and efficiently allocate tasks daily.
- Monitor reports, forms, logs, and records prepared by the technical team, ensuring they are well-maintained for filing.
- Manage and serve customers effectively during the service/repair time and post-service, utilizing good job output and better communication methods.
- Maintain proper spare part stock for repair work by coordinating with the team and storekeeper to ensure smooth operation within the department.
Qulifications:
- Diploma-level qualification.
- More than 5-7 years experience in technical field.
- Sound knowledge of all hot range equipment, cold range equipment, and laundry items.
- Capability of reading manuals and identifying spare parts.
- Adherence to service processes.
- Fault diagnosing.
- Capability of performing breakdown repairs independently.
