We are seeking a visionary Head of Sales to spearhead our sales strategy, execution, and team performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is based in Sri Lanka with a readiness for regional travel, offering an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a high-impact, innovative organization.

Your Role:

As our Head of Sales, you will:

Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.

Lead category and demand management initiatives to position EKTC as the go-to solution provider in the industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, ideally in commercial kitchen, laundry solutions, or similar industries.

Demonstrated success in managing high-performing sales teams and delivering on growth objectives.
