Job Description: As the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of global marketing campaigns for clients. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Act as the execution & project management arm for the company’s world-class creative team
  • Create and implement marketing strategies for client brands and IGE’s own events and services, both locally and globally.
  • Lead the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution from start to finish.
  • Work with leadership to set marketing goals that align with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and report results to the leadership team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, media, and influencers to increase brand exposure.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure the best use of resources and return on investment.
  • Oversee internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned with marketing goals.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on digital marketing and brand development.
  • Proven track record in managing a team and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Video Games & Esports industry is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing and using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
