Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end billing process for healthcare providers.
• Ensure accuracy in claim submissions and compliance with payer policies.
• Manage denial resolutions, appeals, and accounts receivables to maximize revenue.
• Train and mentor junior billing staff to improve overall team efficiency.
• Analyze and report on billing performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Healthcare Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, with expertise in specialties such as cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, and medical laboratories.
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes, denial management, and healthcare compliance.
• Proficiency in medical billing software, especially AdvancedMD or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
