Business Developement Executive

We are a growing B2B merchandise manufacturing company based in Kandy looking for a talented business development executive to join our team.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Business Developement Executive who has strong has strong sales and marketing skill. Your role will involve actively seeking and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.We are looking for a true hunter, someone driven and passionate about growing Lavisco and expanding our business portfolio. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, self-motivation, a positive attitude, Go-getter, who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Are we looking for a degree?

Well. We don't believe in degrees but we do need your previous work. At this moment we are enterataining experienced people with any educational background.

Your Role

  • To love working at Lavisco
  • Meet monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and industry partners.
  • Focus on new business development by approaching potential clients and managing existing relationships.
  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Communicate with other departments to provide regular progress updates on orders.

You Must Be:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have experience as a Business Development Manager and in field sales.
  • Experience in the apparel industry will be highly regarded.
  • Proactive, confident, and approachable attitude.
  • Solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Willingness to door knock/cold call to expand the business portfolio.
  • Experience in sales and business development.
