This role involves actively reaching out to companies posting on other job boards, showcasing the value of our platform, and fostering strong client relationships through calls and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact companies that are hiring.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to present our Job Board's unique value proposition.
• Develop tailored solutions to meet clients' recruitment needs using our platform.
• Maintain a detailed database of prospects, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for client acquisition.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring clients see the value in our services.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, HR tech, or job boards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
