This role is for someone who can speak confidently in front of a camera,

like really well.

Or if not — you’re up for the challenge to learn and figure it out.

If you’ve done Toastmasters, been part of speaking clubs, or joined communities in Uni or High School,

that’s even better.

We’re building Sri Lanka’s best space for English fluency.

No kidding — we want to be better than every course, tuition, class, or any other program out there.

And you’ll play a huge part in telling the world about what we do and how we change lives,

by creating videos that people watch and go, "Damn, this was an insanely dope video — I’ve gotta check out more info on these guys and what they do... and maybe even enroll in their programs."

And there's this little thing -

to be honest — this isn’t a 9-5 job, because we’re an early-stage startup.

Since we’re still growing,

we do a bit of everything.

So, sometimes we work weekends to get things done.

It might not just be recording videos and creating content.

For example,

one day you’d be working with our Head of Content to record videos, and the next day, we’ll need your help in writing a script.

This isn’t to scare you, just to give you a heads-up before you apply.

BTW, you don’t have to edit videos — we’ve got our team to handle that.

Final note: we’ve got a flat culture, so there are no "sirs" or "bosses" to deal with.

Our Process:

1. We’ll first review the video you send us.
2. A 30-minute phone call to get to know how you work and what you're looking for.
3. If we vibe well, we’ll start a 2-week paid trial period with you.
4. If the trial period goes great and we’re both excited, we can move forward with permanent work.

Benefits:

• The more views + reach you get per video, the bigger your bonus will be.
• For example, if we hit a target view count for a video, you’ll get extra compensation for hitting those targets.
