What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions that elevate customer experiences.
• Developing AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create personalized, responsive emails and landing pages.
• Setting up data extensions, automations, and journey builders to power seamless campaigns.
• Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms (think Sales and Service Cloud) to create a unified ecosystem.
• Troubleshooting, testing, and improving marketing processes to maximize engagement.
• Working with marketing teams to translate their ideas into actionable, scalable solutions.
• Keeping up with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and sharing ideas for innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.).
• Strong coding skills in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating APIs and leveraging Marketing Cloud Connector or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for segmentation and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Great communication and collaboration skills – we love team players who can also shine solo.
• Bonus points if you’ve got Salesforce certifications or experience with Einstein features!
