Key Responsibilities
•Work with stakeholders to define financial transformation
requirements regarding the Data Pool
•Support design of CoA structures aligned with transformation
objectives
•Ensure cross-departmental collaboration for SAP transformation
goals involving the Business Partner module
• Implement reporting requirements into Common CoA incl.
numbering, text and all technical fields in MDM tool
•Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current local CoA,
identify gaps, and design mitigations
•Ensure CoA meets regulatory requirements, industry standards,
and organizational reporting requirements
•Manage creditor and debtor master data in the SAP Business
Partner module, in-line with regulations
•Uphold high data quality in Business Partner management for
financial integrity
•Manage consistency with MDM tool
•Support change management, underscoring the benefits of SAP
transformation
•Ensure safeguarding and compliance measures are in place •Align E2E processes with integrated systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA
and FioneerPosting Gateway) and the big picture
Qualifications and Experience
•Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
Business, or a related field
•Optional Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA),
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
•In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting
standards, and CoA structures with a keen interest in applying
this knowledge to SAP systems
•Experience in CoA design, with a track record of finance
transformations to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement
opportunities
•Demonstrate knowledge of governance and regulatory
requirements
•Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business
partnering roles
•Experience with set ups in SAP
