STORE KEEPER

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in inventory control and stock management with G.C.E. (A/L) qualification

• Fluency in both Sinhala & English

• Computer literacy MS office / ERP system

• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

• Age below 40 years

• Location Piliyandala

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain goods received notes, goods issued notes, goods transfer notes, Invoicing and all other document related to the role.

• Maintain an accurate system / physical balance at all times.

• Liaise with Head Office Accounts Department on a regular basis and generate inventory related reports as and when required.

• Well Coordination with purchasing, production, Logistics and Maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Ensure no discrepancies exist between the system stock balance and physical stock balance and be accountable for any such discrepancies.

• Handling quotations, purchase orders and procurement.

• Responsible for well organized warehouse environment.

• Ensure operation with zero wastage and damages.
