ArcGIS Enterprise Specialist with strong programming skills, particularly in:

Python: Using the ArcGIS Python API to manipulate JSON for content like web maps and dashboards. JSON: Understanding the structure and relationships of ArcGIS content items. Designing highly available ArcGIS Enterprise environments with load balancing. Acting as a subject matter expert for ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, operations, and best practices. Familiarity with ArcGIS Portal/Online APIs and how JSON metadata represents GIS features and layouts. Deploying offline-capable ArcGIS Enterprise environments for organizations without internet access. Configuring components such as Portal, Server, and Data Store in disconnected modes. Manipulating JSON for web maps, dashboards, and apps. Automating content migration between organizations (e.g., using Python API). Publish feature layers and configure federated server roles (e.g., Raster Analytics). Configure and manage non-geo databases (e.g., Azure SQL with Geography spatial types).
