The Role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of complex software products, driving customer satisfaction, and managing cross-functional teams effectively. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, motivate people, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Agile Expertise: Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and the ability to drive Agile practices within teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate project risks, identify challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Customer-Centric: A focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of software development, architecture, and the technologies involved in delivery.
  • Change Management: Ability to manage scope changes and adjust delivery plans while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout the delivery process. Drive process improvements, retrospectives, and lessons learned to continuously improve team productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related technical field is a plus.
  • Project Management Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 is desired.
  • Experience managing software delivery in Agile or Scrum environments with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Experience in relevant sectors (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare IT, or other software-intensive industries).
