Position Overview
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and optimize various aspects of marketing strategies for our clients across multiple domains. While managing Meta Ads and Google Ads will be a significant part of your responsibilities, your role will extend far beyond these platforms. You will explore and implement strategies in email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and other innovative channels to drive impactful campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize Meta Ads performance, increase ROI, and drive targeted traffic.
- Leverage your expertise to ensure campaigns align with business goals and audience needs.
- Expand beyond ads to explore and implement strategies in email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and more.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Use tools like Hotjar to analyze user behavior, identify barriers to conversion, and implement actionable improvements.
- Optimize website performance and user experience to boost conversion rates.
- Draw insights from Meta Pixels, Google Analytics, and other data tools to inform marketing strategies.
- Use data-driven decision-making to refine targeting, improve performance, and report on campaign success.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and other networks.
- Ensure maximum reach and engagement with well-targeted and creative campaigns.
- Work closely with content creators to align marketing campaigns with brand messaging.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure content enhances campaign effectiveness and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and adapt to industry changes, including new tools, platforms, and strategies in the digital marketing landscape.
- Proactively suggest innovative solutions to keep the company ahead of competitors.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality output from team members.
- Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of your team.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience in exploring and implementing strategies across domains like email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using tools like Hotjar or similar platforms to analyze and optimize user journeys.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixels and Google Analytics, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Ability to identify new marketing opportunities and design strategies that effectively utilize them.
- Experience working closely with content creators and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
