Role Description
- Plan and execute engaging cooking demonstrations that highlight product features and benefits.
- Develop new recipes and menu concepts that are versatile, easy to replicate, and visually appealing.
- Create an inviting atmosphere during demonstrations, answering questions, and fostering positive interactions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective product promotions.
- Mentor junior culinary staff, providing training on presentation techniques and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
- 6-8 years in a senior chef role or similar position in sales/business development, with a preference for instructional and kitchen demonstration experience.
- Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Culinary Management / Hospitality Management, and a recognized Diploma or NVQ 4 in Commercial Cookery.
- Strong communication, decision-making ability, leadership skills, and the ability to work on multiple discipline projects.
- Exceptional culinary skills, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
