Role Overview
- Convert inbound leads (from websites, ads, and job boards) into enrolled students.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand prospects’ needs, handle objections, and close deals.
- Update and manage leads in HubSpot.
- Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond quickly to inbound leads, and log activity in HubSpot.
- Sales Calls: Conduct discovery calls, and match the right bootcamp to each prospect.
- Objection Handling: Address pricing, scheduling, and language concerns.
- Follow-Up: Use multiple channels (WhatsApp, calls, email) to stay top-of-mind.
- Reporting: Track metrics (call volume, conversion rate) and hit enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in sales (education or tech sales a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- Organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated
