Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client and agency objectives.
  • Build a strong online presence to attract clients and talent.
• Content Management:
  • Oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others.
  • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to produce engaging, scroll-stopping content.
  • Manage a consistent posting schedule to ensure audience engagement and growth.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate monthly reports highlighting successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with content creators, editors, and leadership to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and assist in training where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong background in digital marketing and social media content production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
