Scattered Harvest (SH) is an entity based in UAE / Sri Lanka that sources premium fresh produce / FMCG from Sri Lanka and other countries. The Company is in the process of expanding its team in Sri Lanka to manage global operations. We are seeking energetic individuals who have the passion to contribute towards the agriculture sector to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee Farms in a fast-paced environment and ensure efficient sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to implement and monitor ongoing projects/programs.
• Collect and report data related to project activities.
• Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partners to foster strong relationships and ensure project goals are met.
• Lead in organizing and coordinating field events, training sessions, or workshops.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with established protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any field-based issues or concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities and provide feedback for project improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field activities and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Proven experience in field operations, community engagement, or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel and work in various field locations as required.
