HR & Admin Intern
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Company: Infinite Business Ventures (Pvt) Ltd
Infinite Business Ventures (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in fashion retail. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR software Rooster
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
- Help coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and official communication.
- Provide support in handling employee performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Administration:
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee welfare programs.
- Support billing, invoicing, and petty cash handling.
- Maintain company documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work on Saturdays.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Familiarity with HR software is an added advantage
