Digital Marketing Executive

Infinite Business Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, a dynamic e-commerce company specializing in retail, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our online marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Implement Convrsion Rate Optmization (CRO) strategies to improve website performance and lead generation.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spend.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest Search Engine Optimization (SEO) trends and integrate them into marketing strategies (preferred).
• Guide and mentor junior marketing team members when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2+ years of experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, and CRO.
• Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and experience with programmatic advertising (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting and data visualization.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive high ROI campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
