Job Overview

The Reporting Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data to inform strategic decision-making. This role involves creating detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Gather/extract data from various sources (CRM, External Systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and report on them to management.

Report Creation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Present data findings in an easily understandable format using visualization tools.
  • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development of data-driven strategies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

  • General degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a reporting, data analysis and visualization role is a must
  • Experience in using industry standard reporting tools
  • Proficiency in the Salesforce would be an added advantage
