Job Description:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit / Indian GAAP / IFRS accounting services and related services for clients

• Candidate is expected to work closely with the Partner to build client relationships (Leadership interaction)

• Hands on Statutory audit experience is mandatory

• Build and manage a team of Audit professionals

Additional Information:

THE INDIVIDUAL:

• A qualified CA is highly preferred

• Experience in P&L management, delivery, and business development

• Business Portfolio handled: Minimum INR 8 Cr annually

• Team Size handled: Minimum 10 to 15 members

• Candidates should have enlisted the names of clients on their CV’s very clearly

• Communication Skills: Strong as this is a client facing role

• Global statutory audit experience shall NOT be considered

• Profiles with global practice experience will be considered if the global practice experience is 2.5 years or less (Screen reject)

Have the below required years of post qualification experience in Statutory Audit in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms)

• Associate Director / Associate Partner:12 to 18 years experience

• Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

• Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous / long periods of time

• Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written

Required Qualification:

1. Chartered Accountants highly preferred
2. Excellent English communication skills
