Lumos RCM is a specialized Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company dedicated to optimizing RCM performance. The company is based in the US with operations run in Sri Lanka. By leveraging technology and industry expertise, we help healthcare organizations streamline and strengthen their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned Revenue Cycle Management functions
• Maintain and optimize KPIs to enhance RCM services
• Take ownership of key initiatives and achieve results through self‑direction and proactive leadership
• Train and coach team members
• Adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements

Ideal Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management of which at least 1 year is in a senior operations role
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to excel across key RCM functions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work according to the US business hours, 8am to 5pm CST (Night shift) - Required
